Education
Our employees have the opportunity to develop themselves further. This includes professional qualifications, but also personal development. However, specific individual requests such as IT training, communication training or, or, or are also on the agenda, whereby we often cover the entire costs. Most training courses take place during working hours and of course there are also training leave and exam-free periods.

Flexibility

Together we develop individual working time models. Whether full-time, part-time or mini-job. All with flexitime, overtime compensation and (usually) the option to work from home. Tax specialist
Access: three years of professional experience
Objective: expand your expertise in tax law and business management issues.
Career: you take on complex cases and are the tax advisor’s right-hand man
Accountant (IHK)
Access: from 2 years of professional experience
Goal: Specialization in financial accounting and bookkeeping
Career: You will prepare complex annual financial statements and support our auditors and tax consultants.
Specialist assistant for wages and salaries
Access: from 2 years of professional experience
Objective: To deepen knowledge of payroll accounting
Career: Handling complex issues relating to social security, payroll tax, employment law.
Tax consultant
Tasks: You will support your clients with forward-looking advice on optimal tax planning and represent them in dealings with the tax authorities. Constantly changing laws, case law and developments in administrative practice will add variety to your day-to-day work.
This includes, for example, business consulting in accounting and controlling, cost analyses or financing decisions. You ensure that your clients maintain an overview of complex interrelationships.
Admission: You have eight years of professional experience as a tax clerk or three years as a tax specialist. After your studies, you should have two to three years of professional experience.
Future: You have a crisis-proof and well-paid job. Everyday life won’t be boring and you have the best opportunities on the job market.
Auditor
Prerequisite: University degree (Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s). You need 240 ECTS points for admission to the examination. You need 3 years of professional experience with a Master’s degree and 4 years with a Bachelor’s degree in a business administration examination area.
The auditing exam is the central step on your path. The demanding exam consists of several written and oral parts. The preparation time is very intensive and lengthy, but you will receive support from us.
Future: As an auditor, you have many opportunities. You can take on complex cases at our company and have the opportunity to rise to management positions. Of course, you can also open your own practice and advise companies and audit their financial statements.
